We invest in enterprises with less than $50M in annual revenue that require additional capital to take advantage of a major growth opportunity in front of them. Companies that are ready for growth capital have a repeatable and scalable customer acquisition process that they wish to accelerate. Growth capital is therefore used for expansion, development of new customer acquisition channels, product enhancements and product line extensions, the hardening of operational and support systems, and management team development.

The emphasis of our value-creation philosophy is on driving repeatable and scalable organic revenue growth. We work with our companies to derive the unit economics of their business and to understand the drivers of lifetime customer value, including customer acquisition costs, unit contribution margins, and churn. Through an understanding of the mechanics of growth, our companies are able to better target their investments in growth so that they can grow profitably and in a capital-efficient manner.
Capital Planning
Growth requires capital. We’ll help you put a comprehensive financing plan together that reflects the long-term capital needs of your business. We add value through our knowledge of the sector in which clients operate, and our ability to develop, approach and negotiate with an extensive network of targeted strategic and institutional investors. We are comfortable investing in strong existing management teams, and we also have experience placing new management in the event that the current owners/managers would like to exit.
